​Can I place an order over the phone?
No we cannot accept orders over the phone although you may contact us regarding any queries you may have with your order or a potential order. All orders must be bought and paid for over the internet using paypal.

Can I book a delivery slot?
We do not offer this service although you can request next day delivery at an extra cost.

Do I need to be in to sign for my delivery? If you would like signed for delivery then you must request and pay for this option at checkout.

How long will my delivery take to arrive?

Our orders are sent 2nd class by royal mail unless otherwise stated. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days and should be with you within 2 - 5 working days. If you would like a faster dispatch time then please contact us.

To find out about our products simply click on the pictures to be taken to the information page. If you require more information then please email us for a prompt response.

Is your website secure?
Our website is very secure and your details will never be shared with any third party sites. payment will be made through paypal which adds the further security of paypal payment protection.

Do I have to pay to return my online order?
You will pay for return costs unless the item you receive is not as described.

How do I return items bought via the website?
If you contact our sales department usijng the contact us page and explain that you would like to return your item. You should then repackage and post the item with a small covering note or packing slip. Upon receipt of your returned item we will process your full refund.
